- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪No one answered the phone for literally 8 days. No one responding to the emails in the email portal. No one responding to the pharmacy regarding prescription refill. Now today someone finally answers phone after having me on hold 7 minutes to tell me I have to come in as I haven't been seen in 3 months for a script. Okay fine, but had you answered the phone this could have been avoided. Now attempting to do a video conference appointment and have been waiting for about 45 minutes. We shall see how this goes. Time for a new PCP. Don't nobody got time for these standing up patients shenanigans.April 23, 2017by MissVee36
