  I tried to contact this pharmacy by phone to get some information about their Shingle shots. The phone constantly rang for over 5 minutes. It would have been more considerate to have someone answer and put me on hold than to not answer at all. This is very unprofessional and it makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

  I don’t have anything against Rit Aid, but the one located in Upper Marlboro MD never again will be returning to that store anytime soon. I simply came in to buy the morning after pill Plan B cause had a coupon. I went to the pharmacy and I did not see anybody working behind the counter. I waited over 5 minutes to come and found out that his register isn’t working properly so he couldn’t ring anybody nor did he accept my coupon. So I had stand in another line up front to purchase my item for at least another 5 minutes due to fact there only one cashier who doesn’t seem to know what she doing. A second casher later shows up only rings one customer than left. The second cashier didn’t ring me and watched me stand in line. Once it was my turn I also showed the lady my coupon. The cashier asked the 2nd cashier that left for assistance and they wouldn’t accept coupon either. The worse experience I had at a pharmacy store. People didn’t seem to know what they doing, nor helpful in any way. Store looked unprofessional and unwelcoming.
